UserWise in the United States is seeking an experienced Art Director to own the visual direction of a premium mobile Free-to-Play game based on a major entertainment IP.

This hands-on leadership role requires exceptional visual judgment, proven mobile F2P game experience, and the ability to mentor a small multidisciplinary art team.

You will shape 2D/3D art, UI, characters, environments, lighting, and VFX, while embracing AI-assisted workflows to accelerate iteration and maintain IP integrity.

Formación

• Significant experience as an Art Director or equivalent in games.
• Portfolio demonstrating high visual quality and clear artistic judgment.
• Shipped experience on mobile Free-to-Play games.
• Strong experience directing multidisciplinary artists.
• Ability to balance artistic vision with readability and production realities.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the overall art direction and visual identity of the game.
• Maintain a high visual bar across 2D, 3D, UI, characters, environments, animation, VFX, lighting, and presentation.
• Ensure accessibility while delivering stage presence and entertainment value for a major IP.
• Review visuals holistically to maintain cohesive disciplines.
• Mentor a distributed art team and set clear quality standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Game Design, UX, and Engineering to align priorities.
