Job summary

Voodoo, the global mobile games publisher, is looking for a Senior Technical UI & Motion Designer who can own the UI motion and interaction from concept to production in Unity. You will shape responsive, polished UI experiences that feel fast, fluid, and satisfying on mobile.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of motion design and game feel, working with UI/UX designers, engineers, product and art direction to prototype, implement, and iterate UI animations, transitions, and states that

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical UI, UI animation, or motion design.
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality UI motion and interaction design.
• Hands-on experience building and animating UI in Unity.
• Ability to take ideas from prototype to production-ready implementation.
• Solid understanding of motion principles: timing, easing, feedback, and transitions.
• Knowledge of After Effects, Spine, Rive or similar tools.
• Strong Unity UI workflows and technical constraints.
• Excellent collaboration in cross-functional teams; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own UI motion and interaction from concept to final implementation in Unity.
• Design and implement polished UI animations, transitions, feedback, and interaction states.
• Prototype interactions quickly and explore different solutions.
• Build production-ready UI and animation directly in Unity.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and engineers to bring designs to life.
• Improve game feel through better motion, timing, feedback, and responsiveness.
• Build reusable, performant UI animation patterns, components, and systems.
• Iterate design based on team feedback, playtests, and live data.
