Itransition Group is seeking a Creative Technical Artist to bridge art and programming, integrating 2D and VFX assets into Unity for visually stunning and performant games. You will implement UI across screen sizes, work with artists and developers, and optimize visuals for mobile platforms.

The role requires Unity UI, rendering basics, Git familiarity, Unity animations, 2D asset creation, and VFX experience, with remote work options and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Ability to implement UI designs in Unity so they work across different screen sizes.
• Basic understanding of Unity rendering and performance fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Git and basic version-control workflows.
• Experience with Unity animations.
• Ability to create and edit 2D art assets.
• Hands-on experience with VFX / particle effects.

Responsibilities

• Implement art and UI assets in Unity, following existing guidelines and best practices.
• Work closely with artists and developers to integrate visual content into the game.
• Help optimize visuals to keep good performance on mobile platforms.
• Participate in fixing visual and performance issues related to assets.
• Use basic C# scripting to support technical art tasks.
• Work with shaders at a basic level, adjusting existing ones when needed.
• Apply programming fundamentals using C#, OOP principles, and basic software development practices.
