CourtAvenue Inc. is seeking a Senior Designer, UI to join a team that crafts digital experiences for ambitious clients.

This contract role offers 20–40 hours per week for 3–4 months and requires strong UI/UX sensibilities, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and a portfolio reflecting experience design and strategic thinking. You will ensure brand consistency across channels and stay current with industry trends while delivering creative that resonates with target audiences.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in digital product design or human-centered design.
• 5+ years of agency experience.
• Has developed responsive digital experiences, designs, style guides, and platforms.
• Has developed brands and integrated creative campaigns.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma with ability to adapt to new software.
• Portfolio of relevant work experience focused on experience design and strategic thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Assure quality creative across multiple channels meeting accessibility, SEO, brand standards & development requirements.
• Mastery of client presentations & non-creative communication.
• Demonstrate a commanding presence that inspires trust, collaboration & inspiration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative that exceeds client and user expectations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with senior clients to drive organic growth and long-term partnerships.
• User-centric approach to creative and design, ensuring user research delivers actionable insights.
