Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency or consultancy experience in UX research and design.
• Samples demonstrating ability to articulate strategy, architecture, and recommendations.
• Proficiency with design tools to produce architecture and experience documentation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on business, brand, and user experience goals.
• Research problems, identify user needs, and recommend client opportunities.
• Lead diverse research methods (contextual inquiries, interviews, usability studies, competitive analysis).
• Synthesize findings into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for design and development.
