Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Sr. UI Designer based in Chicago to shape and evolve our CORE UI design system within enterprise SaaS products. You will co-own visual fidelity, motion language, and design-to-code workflows with Product Design and Engineering.

You’ll apply AI-enabled tooling, contribute to token architectures, and mentor teams while upholding WCAG accessibility. Hands-on React/CSS work and prototypes are expected to bridge design and production.

Qualifications

• Six or more years in UI development or related hybrid field.
• Proven experience contributing to a design system with Figma and code (React).
• Strong motion design and micro-interactions expertise.
• Experience using AI tools to accelerate design-to-code workflows.
• Portfolio with live demos and accessible interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own evolution of CORE UI design system across tokens, components, and interactions.
• Build future-facing prototypes and communicate vision before production.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure design intent matches production.
• Contribute to design system documentation and adoption.
• Champion WCAG accessibility throughout component design.
• Mentor the design org and uphold high quality standards.
