Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Product Designer to design user-centered digital experiences for internal and client-facing web platforms. Based in Chicago, IL onsite, you will translate user needs, business objectives, and technical requirements into UX solutions, working with Product, Engineering, Research, and other designers to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You’ll contribute to CORE UI, ensure accessibility and WCAG standards, and participate in usability testing to iteratively improve design quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related discipline.
• Experience producing wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and other UX deliverables.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles, research methodologies, and usability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply user-centered design principles to create useful, usable experiences across web-based products and platforms.
• Translate user needs and requirements into wireframes, flows, and prototypes communicating design intent.
• Conduct and synthesize insights from user research using interviews, usability testing, competitive analysis, and journey mapping.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and other stakeholders to define requirements and support delivery of strong user experiences.
