Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Senior User Interface Designer – Platform Development to own the enterprise Design System, define tokens, and ensure scalable, accessible interfaces across enterprise products. You will partner with UX, product, engineering, and business teams to drive design-system adoption and quality in AI-supported workflows.

The role emphasizes governance, high-fidelity design, and collaboration, with a fully remote work model.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in a design-related field or equivalent professional experience.
Five or more years of professional UI/UX/product/interaction/visual design experience, including responsibility for building, governing, or evolving a Design System.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including libraries, components, variants, properties, variables, modes, and prototype.
Strong understanding of design-token architecture, responsive behavior, complete interface states, and accessible interaction patterns.
Working knowledge of front-end component architecture (coding not required).
Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills to explain complex design decisions to technical and non-technical partners.
Ability to manage priorities independently and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with AI and digital tools for knowledge content and improvements.
Experience with enterprise software, financial services, or another regulated industry preferred.
Experience designing for enterprise systems like Salesforce, Workday, Drupal, or similar preferred.
Familiarity with coded component libraries, design-to-code workflows, and health metrics preferred.
Experience using or governing AI-assisted design workflows preferred.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or related tools preferred.

Mansioni

Own and evolve the enterprise Design System, including libraries, components, variables, patterns, and documentation.
Prioritize the design-system roadmap using product needs, adoption data, accessibility risks, and gaps.
Define token architecture, naming, metadata, usage guidance, and front-end alignment.
Govern contributions, releases, deprecation, migration, and adoption, audit for duplication and accessibility.
