Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on product design experience delivering digital products and complex interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human‑Computer Interaction, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expert‑level Figma skills (auto‑layout, tokens, components, interactive prototyping).
• Balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution within established design systems.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and communicate with engineers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for product verticals from discovery to pixel‑perfect delivery.
• Contribute to design systems, patterns, and scalable standards.
• Present design recommendations and align with stakeholders across teams.
• Build high‑fidelity prototypes to validate flows and AI tooling integration.
• Plan qualitative user research, usability testing, and rapid iteration.
• Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and plain‑language design principles.
