Job summary

Atos is seeking a Senior Front-End Engineer to lead UI development, architecture, and reusable component work across web and mobile. The role emphasizes enterprise design systems and scalable UI solutions with AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity and quality.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with React/React Native, design systems like Nightingale, and strong collaboration with UX/UI designers, product teams, and engineers to deliver production-ready interfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in UI/Front-End Development.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React/React Native.
• Proven experience architecting complex front-end applications.
• Strong understanding of reusable component architecture and libraries.
• Experience with Design Systems, preferably Nightingale or similar.
• Practical use of AI-assisted development tools in the lifecycle.
• Experience integrating front-end apps with APIs and services.
• Knowledge of modern build, testing, CI/CD, and source-control practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable, high-performance front-end applications.
• Design and build reusable UI components for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and enhance enterprise design systems and component libraries.
• Work with Nightingale Design System or similar systems for consistency.
• Define front-end architecture, standards, and UI development best practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product teams, architects, and engineers.
• Ensure UI components are responsive, accessible, and performant.
• Drive consistency and reusability across applications with standardized patterns.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance on front-end development.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools for coding assistance, reviews, and docs.
• Evaluate new front-end technologies to improve quality and efficiency.
