IT America Inc. in Plano, TX is seeking an experienced frontend architect to define application architecture, design reusable UI components, and set frontend development standards.

This role combines architectural leadership with hands-on coding to deliver robust end-to-end solutions. You will guide development teams, collaborate with UI/UX designers, establish best practices, and influence framework choices, state management, and performance optimization across web applications.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end application architecture including frontend, backend, APIs, and integration layers.
• Design and implement modern user interfaces using React.js and Angular.

• Lead UI/UX technical design and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish best practices for component-based development, state management, code quality and performance.
• Support CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-based deployments.

The candidate will be responsible for defining application architecture, designing reusable UI components, establishing frontend development standards, and guiding development teams in implementing robust end-to-end solutions. This role requires a combination of architectural leadership, technical design expertise, and hands-on coding experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack web applications.
• Define end-to-end application architecture, including frontend, backend, APIs, and integration layers.
• Design and implement modern user interfaces using React.js and Angular.
• Develop reusable UI components, design systems, and frontend architecture standards.
• Create architectural diagrams, technical design documents, and application blueprints.
• Lead UI/UX technical design and collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish best practices for component-based development, state management, code quality, and performance optimization.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable frameworks, libraries, tools, and architectural patterns.
• Identify technical risks and recommend solutions to improve scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Support CI/CD implementation, automated testing, and cloud-based application deployments.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Development

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Angular.
• Experience with component-based architecture and reusable UI development.
• Knowledge of state management tools such as Redux, NgRx, or Context API.
• Experience with responsive web design and modern UI frameworks.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, accessibility standards, and web performance optimization.
• Experience with frontend build tools, package managers, and testing frameworks.

Architecture and Design

• Experience designing end-to-end application architecture and technical solutions.
• Strong knowledge of frontend architecture patterns and design principles.
• Experience with micro-frontend architecture, modular application design, and reusable component libraries.
• Ability to create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and solution designs.
• Experience evaluating technology stacks and defining coding standards.
• Strong understanding of scalability, maintainability, security, and performance optimization.
