Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a loan origination role with ultra-high net worth clients
• Proven success in prospecting, leads, closing and meeting production goals
• Strong background in standard to custom mortgage products and securities-based lending
• Experience building client relationships and managing lending processes
• Knowledge of real estate lending regulations and underwriting/closing procedures
• Understanding of lending programs, policies, and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of business relationships to source mortgage lending opportunities
• Negotiate lending terms, prepare documentation and advise on policies
• Maintain referral networks to drive lending opportunities
• Guide clients through final loan approval and closing, ensuring data quality
• Provide strategic input to prioritise decisions and direction
• Maintain knowledge of lending products, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in line with bank strategy
