Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of loan origination experience with ultra-high net worth clients.
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads and close loans toward targets.
• Knowledge of credit solutions and mortgage products.
• Strong verbal and written communication; highly organized.
• Familiarity with federal real estate lending regulations.
• Note: Series 7 and 63 licensing may be maintained permissively.

Responsibilities

• Manages prospecting clients and initial structuring to determine lending needs.
• Negotiates terms, prepares documentation, and advises on policies.
• Maintains referral network to drive lending opportunities.
• Works with clients through loan approval and closing as needed.
• Ensures data quality of client and deal information.
• Keeps up to date with lending programs, policies, and regulatory rules.
