Zoom is seeking a seasoned Solutions Engineer to act as the lead technical advocate for enterprise customers in the West, spanning Meetings, Phone, Contact Center, Rooms, and AI-powered solutions. You will guide complex multi-product designs, translate customer needs into Zoom product recommendations, and help shape internal roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of solutions engineering with enterprise customers.
• Broad knowledge of the full UCaaS stack across SaaS collaboration, cloud voice, contact center, video, and unified communications.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations, networking, security best practices, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demos, and POCs for complex enterprise challenges.
• Act as primary technical advocate translating requirements into product recommendations and driving internal requests.
• Collaborate with AEs, product managers, and specialists to manage RFPs/RFQs and remove blockers.
