Job summary

DZYNE Technologies LLC. is seeking an Unmanned Aircraft Technical Lead in Irvine, CA. You will own the design, integration, and productization of a next generation SUAS system, leading a distributed, multi-disciplinary team from concept through production and field deployment.

The role requires a strong system design and software background, with expertise in integration, automation, and verification to ensure mission readiness and scalability in a dynamic defense environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience taking complex hardware/software products from prototype to full rate production in UAVs or robotics.
Strong background in system design, software integration, and automation for mission-critical platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, hardware-in-the-loop testing, and production test infrastructure.
Experience driving hardware productization across mechanical and electrical domains.
10+ years of proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams through product development.

Responsibilities

Own the design, integration, and productization of the next generation SUAS system.
Lead a distributed, cross-functional team spanning Software, Aero, GNC, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Test, Manufacturing, and Quality.
Guide the product from design through manufacturing and sustainment, emphasizing system design and software to enable adaptability and mission capability.
