Job summary

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant professional experience.
Architecture development for UAS or airborne platforms.
Electronics engineering including circuit design for SMPS, high speed data comms, and common serial interfaces.
Prototype to productization: component selection.
Developing and maintaining ICDs and electrical subsystem requirements.
Troubleshooting and root cause investigations in complex systems.
Background in Aerospace/Defense or Government contracting.
PCB design including schematic capture and layout using Altium.

Responsibilities

Lead development of top level electrical/electronic system architecture for UAS platforms.
Perform hands-on electrical design and subsystem development.
Drive trade studies to inform decisions and maintain ICDs.
Define electrical subsystem requirements and interfaces for compatibility.
Collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems teams across the lifecycle.
Guide electrical integration, testing, and validation to ensure performance.
