L3Harris Technologies in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Senior Specialist Program Manager to lead a matrix team of engineers and operations staff on DoD UAV development and production contracts. The role focuses on development/manufacturing (80%), proposal work (10%), and organizational growth (10%).

A Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a Graduate Degree with 4+ years, or 10 years of experience without a degree, and a US Top Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Must have a U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Program Team.
• Manage Cost, Schedule and Technical Performance.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule, Procurement Plans, Quality Plans, Engineering Plans.
• Supervise execution of project Plans in a matrix environment with Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Manage risk and opportunities.
• Act as customer point of contact for contractual commitments including cost, schedule, technical and quality performance.
• Establish program strategy, vision and tactical direction.
• Track program performance to schedule and budget; identify issues and propose solutions.
• Develop proposals and Estimates at Complete; support annual operating planning.
