StraCon Services Group, LLC seeks a Senior Program Analyst of Logistics to support a UAV program at Patuxent River, MD. You will manage logistics lifecycle, analyze data, and develop dashboards for leadership on readiness and performance.

The role requires 10+ years in DoD aviation logistics or related fields, with experience in program management, analysis, and procurement support. Security clearance and citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in DoD aviation logistics, acquisition or program management.
• Understanding of TYCOM, WING, MALS dynamics.
• Experience with NALCOMIS, Deckplate and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the logistics program analyst for UAV requirements, coordinating with Government and contractor teams.
• Manage and analyze aviation logistics lifecycle including acquisition, inventory, maintenance, transport, and disposition of equipment and property.
• Collect, validate and analyze program, maintenance, logistics, supply and shipping data to track requirements, readiness and performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reports for leadership visibility into program status and logistics performance.
• Support planning, forecasting, reviews, readiness assessments, and acquisition activities through data analysis and reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and data-management practices.
• Coordinate multiple logistics, maintenance, supply, and program activities ensuring compliance with documentation and change control.
• Communicate with Government and contractor personnel to assess impacts to cost, schedule, performance and readiness.
