Job summary

KAIROS, Inc. is seeking a Senior Logistics and Sustainment Analyst to join our team on site at Pax River, MD. The role focuses on logistics, readiness, and sustainment across platforms, programs, and portfolios.

The candidate will analyze data, develop plans, and coordinate with government representatives to advance readiness and lifecycle support. The position requires extensive experience with NAVAIR/DoD sustainment systems, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Ten (10) or more years of experience with NAVAIR and DoD sustainment-related systems.
• Experience supporting Naval Aviation including aircraft and components.
• Experience with IPS analysis and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Logistics & Sustainment Subject Matter Expert for logistics readiness initiatives.
• Conduct readiness analyses and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Perform sustainment cost analyses and Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE).
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership.
• Support Product Support Management across IPS elements.
