StraCon Services Group, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Program/Project/Management Analyst, Journeyman to join our team supporting a NAVAIR program in Patuxent River, MD. The role emphasizes rigorous analysis, schedules, and documentation across the program lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3–10 years in program management, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Salary ranges from $74,000 to $112,000 with comprehensive benefits and a commitment to DoD acquisition excellence.

Qualifications

• 3 to 10 years of program/project management experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required with ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required; substitutions allowed.
• Experience with AMS tools (CDRL, PMT, CSPT) and MS Office Suite.
• Experience drafting contract sections B-J.
• Background supporting DoD acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives.
• Analyze requirements, status, budgets, and schedules.
• Produce management, technical, or business analyses.
• Prepare program acquisition docs (PIDs, SOWs, CDRLs).
• Provide updates to NAVAIR AMS Tools and advise on status.
• Maintain documentation, change control, and data management.
• Support DoD lifecycle management per DoD 5000 series.
• Work independently or in a team.
