• 4+ years of UAT, SDLC, and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience with test planning, design, and execution in complex environments.
• Strong domain knowledge of Health Insurance Exchange operations and policies.
• Ability to translate regulatory rules into test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT planning, execution, and design review for complex modules.
• Create and maintain UAT plans, test cases, data, and evidence.
• Perform manual and regression testing across marketplace modules.
• Log, track, and report defects with clear reproduction steps and outcomes.
