Qualifications

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
Experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining Cucumber / Gherkin, Java, Selenium.
Functional knowledge of Payments domain and testing processes from requirements to test execution.
Experience with automated testing and E2E test execution.

Responsibilities

Lead a test team with daily supervision, allocate duties, and resolve testing issues.
Plan requirements against end-to-end test strategy, data, environments, and automation.
Lead daily Scrum calls and support E2E test execution across teams.
Identify test automation opportunities and drive coordination with stakeholders.
Document tests, write scripts using BDD (Gherkin), and validate results.
Monitor defects, report testing progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
Collaborate with Operations, Product and Technology groups on testing deliverables.
Leverage AI-assisted development and automation tools to improve quality and speed.
