Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of technical support experience, preferably with hardware, software, cloud, or UAS.
• Experience supporting technical products for government or mission-critical users.
• Ability to travel to regional sites up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across UAS hardware and software.
• Act as a frontline Voice of Customer, providing feedback for improvements.

Skills

Experience with drones, UAVs, or UAS platforms

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Tools

CRM systems such as Zendesk
