Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. seeks an experienced Manager, Technical Support to pioneer and scale our frontline operations for the Flexrotor UAS platform. This leadership role can be based in Bingen, WA or Grand Prairie, TX with travel to Bingen in the first 90 days if based in Texas.

You will build a department from the ground up, directing engineering and support teams to deliver reliable ISTAR-grade support for national and allied forces in day and night operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams and building departments.
• Ability to scale frontline technical support operations.
• Strong strategic and crossfunctional collaboration skills.
