Job summary

Airbus Helicopters, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Flexrotor UAS to own the multi-year roadmap and drive end-to-end block releases across commercial and defense sectors.

You will align Engineering, Production, Flight Test, and Customer Support to ensure readiness for each release and deliver compelling platform narratives to customers worldwide. The role demands 10+ years in technical product management, 5+ years in aerospace/defense, strong PLM and financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems or related).
• 10+ years in technical product management, solutions engineering, system architecture, or technical program management.
• 5+ years in aerospace, defense, autonomous systems, or unmanned aerial systems/VTOL.
• Experience leading product roadmaps with a block release methodology.
• Experience synthesizing inputs from Engineering, Production, Training into market-ready releases.
• Strong relationship-building across international teams.
• Ability to equip global sales teams with platform data, trade studies, and messaging.
• Understanding of PLM and backlog prioritization methodologies.
• Strong financial modelling capability.
• Advanced Excel or equivalent with planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the multi-year product roadmap for the Flexrotor platform.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Production, Flight Test, Training, and Customer Support for block releases.
• Manage feature backlog and organize deployments for hardware, software, and payloads.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customers to enable global sales with platform data and analyses.
