Job summary

Airbus U.S. Space & Defense, Inc. seeks an experienced business development leader to drive campaigns in the UAS arena with the US Department of War and Foreign Military Sales channels.

You will develop plans, coordinate with program management, engineering, and government relations, and lead responses to USG solicitations. The role requires at least 10 years in aerospace/defense BD, a Bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel 20–30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's or higher preferred; business development/capture training beneficial.
• Experience in aerospace/defense business development and UAS knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and implement US military BD efforts (US Army/UAS).
• Lead responses to USG solicitations (RFIs, RFPs).
• Coordinate with program management, engineering, and government relations.
