Job summary

Airbus U.S. Space & Defense, Inc. is seeking a senior business development professional to lead campaigns in the large multimission UAS market, focusing on the Marine Corps and other services.

The role requires coordinating with program management, engineering, and marketing to shape solutions and engage U.S. government stakeholders. The candidate will develop, refine, and present campaign plans, drive partnerships and subcontracting, and lead proposal responses while aligning with Airbus-wide

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: Master's or higher degree; relevant certifications (e.g. Shipley) or PME/DAWIA training.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans and implement business development efforts with the US military, especially the Marine Corps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to refine solutions and integrate campaigns across departments.
• Lead responses to USG solicitations, including white papers, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Develop and contribute to marketing and communications campaigns, including messaging and events.
