You will work with Dayforce and MS Office 365, bringing 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Expect travel up to 20% and a confidential, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle payroll processing in a multi-state or international environment.
• Experience with Dayforce, MS Office 365, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly full cycle payroll for clients.
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws at federal, state, and local levels.
• Reconcile tax balancing per pay cycle, quarterly, and annual filings.
• Handle year-end processing and payroll reports.
• Maintain relationships with client stakeholders.
• Identify data trends and root causes to provide solutions.
• Stay informed on payroll regulations and multiple payroll platforms.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Collaborate with executives in presentations and forecasting.
