Job summary

Traffic Tech Inc. is seeking a Senior Director of Sales for U.S. Customs Brokerage to spearhead growth in the U.S. customs business from our Chicago office. You will generate new business, manage a high-volume importer's portfolio and expand services across Traffic Tech’s Freight Forwarding and related offerings.

The role emphasizes closing high-value opportunities, developing relationships with import and logistics leaders, and maintaining a sustainable pipeline to support year-over-year growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage sales/business development experience.
• Established network of U.S. importers and industry relationships.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop and close new U.S. Customs Brokerage customers.
• Deliver a minimum annual target of 10,000+ new customs entries.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mid-market, enterprise and high-volume importers.
• Lead customer meetings, RFQs, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Cross-sell Traffic Tech services including Ocean, Air, Drayage and Domestic Transportation.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy, forecasting and profitability.
