Job summary

ParetoHealth is seeking a senior full‑stack engineer to build TypeScript solutions on AWS, collaborate with engineers and business analysts, and deliver timely software for healthcare cost management.

The role emphasizes API development, Lambda/CDK deployment, data modeling, and UI work with Angular/Ionic, plus CI/CD and DevOps support. ParetoHealth offers a hybrid work environment and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience building AWS cloud based solutions.
• Experience developing APIs (GraphQL, REST).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data modeling.
• Experience creating responsive PWA or mobile applications using Ionic or Angular or similar framework.
• Experienced in software development lifecycle and test methodologies.
• Follows security best-practices and policies for developing HIPAA compliant software.
• Experience with CI / CD software and processes.
• Experience with AWS networking technologies (Route53, VPCs, Security Groups, CloudFront) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Have 7+ years hands on full stack development experience.
• Preferred: AWS certification(s).
