Job summary

HNTB North Texas is seeking a Senior Project Manager focused on TxDOT projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams across Dallas/Fort Worth areas, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with clients and internal partners to deliver high-quality transportation projects on time and within budget.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, plus strong leadership capabilities to guide teams and manage client relationships on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering plus 12 years of relevant experience.
• 4 years of successful management of engineering projects.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in technical proposals and contracts.
• Serve as primary client liaison and manage project teams to deliver scope, schedule and budgets.
• Perform technical discipline tasks including analysis, reports, design, specifications and production.
• Implement the firm’s project delivery plan and lead development and execution of the project management plan.
• Oversee staffing, recruitment, development, and performance reviews for project staff.
• Collaborate with client service leaders and pursuit teams for business development on mega projects.
• Recruit, hire, develop and retain staff and support succession planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
