Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced TxDOT Project Manager with a civil engineering background and PMP certification. The role leads multidisciplinary teams across design, environmental, ROW, utility, and traffic disciplines to deliver large TxDOT infrastructure projects from planning through closeout while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of TxDOT delivery, strong leadership, and expertise in project controls, scheduling, and cost management using TxDOT

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and PMP certification.
• 10+ years of hands-on TxDOT project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across design, environmental, ROW, utilities and contractors.
• Manage TxDOT projects from planning through design, PS&E, procurement, construction and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with TxDOT standards, federal/state regulations, and public funding requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and public agencies to maintain schedule discipline and budget.
• Oversee risk mitigation, schedule control, contractor management, and quality assurance.
