Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a seasoned Law & Motions Attorney in Dallas, TX, dedicated to complex motion practice, dispositive motions, writs, and appellate matters. The role focuses on motion and appellate work rather than client management and requires Texas licensure.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in complex motion practice and appellate matters.
• Strong research and writing skills with persuasive argumentation.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas and able to handle high-volume personal injury litigation motions.

Responsibilities

• Draft and argue motions for summary judgment and related dispositive motions.
• Support trial teams with jury instructions, preservation of error, and trial/appellate strategy.
• Handle post-trial motions including new trial, JNOVs, and remittiturs; draft interlocutory and appellate briefs.
