Qualifications

• Senior attorney with expertise in complex motion practice and appellate matters.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
• Must be licensed to practice in Texas.

Responsabilités

• Draft, research, and argue complex motions in personal injury matters.
• Support trial teams on jury charge issues, preservation of error, and trial strategy.
• Handle post-trial motions including motions for new trial, JNOVs, and remittiturs.
• Draft interlocutory and appellate briefs in Texas state and federal courts.
