Qualifications

• Experience drafting and arguing dispositive motions, writs, and appellate briefs.

Responsibilities

• Draft, research, and argue complex motions in personal injury matters.
• Support trial teams with jury charge issues, preservation of error, and appellate strategy.
• Handle post-trial motions including Motions for New Trial, JNOVs, and remittiturs.
• Draft and argue interlocutory and appellate briefs in Texas state and federal courts.
