Job summary

Ebara Elliott Energy is seeking a Technical Service Engineer to provide high-level engineering support, troubleshooting, and optimization for rotating equipment such as compressors, steam turbines, and cryogenic pumps. You will visit sites, analyze problems, and develop corrective actions to minimize downtime.

The role requires mechanical acumen, analytical problem-solving, and strong communication to represent the EEE brand in challenging industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial engineering or a closely related field.
• 4+ years’ engineering experience with rotating equipment (compressors, turbines, pumps, etc).
• Previous experience troubleshooting complex machinery preferred
• Working knowledge of product specifications and manufacturing principles
• Prior customer support experience preferred
• Experience troubleshooting vibration issues preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs investigations and directs projects requiring independent action and decision.
• Assists field engineers in resolving technical matters during start-up, operation and maintenance.
• Operates vibration diagnostic equipment to analyze field issues and document findings.
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve field troubles for the product line.
• Prepares technical reports on performance troubles for warranty and potential trials.
• Initiates Field Modification forms and coordinates parts for trouble jobs
