Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 5+ years of experience, OR Master’s with 3+ years, OR PhD.
• To be considered, you must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Experience with CAD (NX Unigraphics or equivalent), GD&T, and design verification methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to design turbomachinery components.
• Deliver models, definitions, and analyses of turbomachinery components and interfacing hardware.
• Perform trade studies to optimize design solutions and document processes.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering for DFM and non-conforming hardware disposition.
• Prepare for and lead technical design reviews with stakeholders.
• Lead verification activities including analyses, rigs, and engine testing.
