Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 1–5 years experience with GT-Power or CFX.
• Knowledge of boosting systems and turbocharger architectures.
• Compressor and turbine aerodynamics knowledge.
• Engine matching and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own technical aspects of turbocharger product development from concept to production support.
• Lead design, simulation, and testing activities across centers and suppliers.
• Coordinate engineering scope, timing, and cost during pre-development phases.
• Serve as the primary technical contact with customer engineering teams and present results.
• Participate in weekly global cross-functional program meetings with manufacturing and quality teams.
• Identify and document patentable innovations to protect IP.
