Kids for the Future in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead turbocharger product development from early concepts through release and production support.

The role requires deep expertise in boosting technologies, compressor and turbine aerodynamics, engine matching, and validation testing, with the ability to collaborate across global teams in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 1–5 years experience with GT-Power or CFX.
• Knowledge of boosting systems and turbocharger architectures.
• Compressor and turbine aerodynamics knowledge.
• Engine matching and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Own technical aspects of turbocharger product development from concept to production support.
• Lead design, simulation, and testing activities across centers and suppliers.
• Coordinate engineering scope, timing, and cost during pre-development phases.
• Serve as the primary technical contact with customer engineering teams and present results.
• Participate in weekly global cross-functional program meetings with manufacturing and quality teams.
• Identify and document patentable innovations to protect IP.
