Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required (ABET-accredited).
• 9 years of related experience preferred with PM leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Identifies problems and safety improvements to design safer operating practices.
• Solves highly technical problems using deep engineering knowledge and business insights.
• Develops cost-effective, technically sound recommendations.
• Anticipates customer needs and presents alternatives to inform decisions.
• Coordinates and leads cross-functional teams to address complex problems.
• Provides leadership and guidance across levels of the organization.
• Builds credible relationships with employees, contractors, customers, and peers.
• Develops operational guidelines, standards, and strategic plans to sustain improvements.
• Manages project budgets and communicates budget changes.
• Understands financial statements and impacts of project implementation on ratepayers and shareholders.
• Supports generation facility outages.
