Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with turbomachinery aerodynamics emphasis and 15+ years of technical experience (US)
• Master’s Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with turbomachinery aerodynamics emphasis and 14+ years of technical experience (US)
• PhD in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with turbomachinery aerodynamics emphasis and 12+ years of technical experience (US)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with turbomachinery aerodynamics emphasis and major relevant technical experience (EU)

Aufgaben

• Recognized SME in Turbine Aerodynamic Design and Analysis across product lifecycle
• Promote systems thinking and risk mitigation with stakeholders
• Mentor in DEQ processes (DCRs, DRs, producibility reviews) to reduce variations
• Identify opportunities to improve designs, methods, and production across domains
• Develop and maintain Engineering/Manufacturing Practices Manuals
• Lead program issue resolution to meet customer/regulatory expectations
• Drive cross-domain collaboration to maximize business value
• Coach and train early-career personnel
• Address strategic gaps in domain/site organization
• Foster psychological safety and inclusive leadership
• Demonstrate calm, clear thinking under pressure and influence leadership
