Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Tunnel Manager/Regional Tunnel Practice Leader to guide complex tunneling projects from concept to completion in a hybrid work model, with potential bases in Dallas, Oakland, Sacramento, or Seattle. You will lead diverse teams, ensure safety and schedules, and strengthen client relationships on major infrastructure programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of leadership.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in large-scale tunneling and underground infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong client relationships and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary tunneling teams from concept through completion.
• Oversee project delivery including quality, safety, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with other AECOM units to deliver integrated solutions.
• Build and maintain strategic client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Mentor and develop tunneling team members.
• Represent AECOM at industry conferences and technical forums.
