Job summary

AECOM in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Tunnel Construction Project Manager to lead a major tunneling program on-site with a hybrid work option. The role emphasizes technical leadership, client engagement, and delivering complex infrastructure projects.

You will manage the project lifecycle, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and drive successful outcomes for design, budget, and schedule within a leading global firm.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency.
• Registered professional engineer in the State of Texas.
• 10+ years’ experience in Tunnel and Pump Station Construction with at least 10+ years' experience in managing the entire project.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the entire project, provides guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and serves as a primary liaison between AECOM and client.
• Accountable for delivering all facets of the constructed project in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
• Overall management of construction project life cycle including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, facility start-up and operation, and contract closeout.
• Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
