Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience including 2 years of leadership.
• Professional Engineer license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams on large, complex tunneling projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule objectives are met.
• Collaborate with other AECOM business units to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive innovation and best practices across our tunneling portfolio.
• Mentor and develop talent within our tunneling team.
• Participate in recruiting efforts to attract top-tier professionals.
