You will oversee the project lifecycle from pre-construction budgeting through closeout, ensuring strict adherence to design, safety, and quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships and team leadership.

Qualifications

• BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Registered professional engineer in Texas (preferred).
• Extensive tunnel and pump station construction experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects with large construction costs and client interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the entire project, guiding subordinate managers and liaising with the client.
• Delivers project scope in line with design, budget and schedule.
• Oversees lifecycle from pre-construction budgeting to contract closeout.
• Maintains primary fiscal responsibility and client liaison for the project.
