Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• PE / P.Eng. license required or obtainable within timeframe.
• 7+ years of tunneling or underground infrastructure experience.
• Experience across Transportation, Water/Wastewater, Energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of geotechnical, structural, and environmental aspects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical design for tunnels from concept to detailed design.
• Lead technical reviews and manage risk, quality, and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support proposals and bids with technical input.
• Stay informed on emerging tunneling technologies.
