Job summary

Join AECOM's dynamic tunneling team as a Senior Tunnel Manager / Regional Tunnel Practice Leader in Dallas, TX, Oakland, CA, Sacramento, CA, or Seattle, WA. Lead large, complex tunneling projects, drive technical excellence, and grow our internationally recognized practice with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.
Master’s degree in engineering or related discipline (preferred).
15+ years of experience in engineering of large-scale tunneling and underground infrastructure projects (preferred).
Professional Engineer license highly preferred (preferred).

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams on large, complex tunneling projects from concept through completion.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule objectives are met.
Collaborate with other AECOM business units to deliver integrated solutions.
Drive innovation and best practices across our tunneling portfolio.
