Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience directing large tunnel/construction projects.
• Professional engineer license preferred in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the entire project, guiding managers and liaising with client.
• Accountable for design, budget, and schedule delivery across the project lifecycle.
• Oversees pre-construction budgeting, procurement, startup/operation, and closeout.
• Maintains primary fiscal responsibility and client liaison for the project.
