Job summary

LJB Inc. is seeking a Senior Tunnel Engineer/Regional Manager to lead underground tunnel and trenchless projects across our growing Underground Services Practice.

The role combines design, construction management, and business development in a senior capacity. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, a PE license (CA preferred), and a track record of delivering complex facilities on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant underground, tunnel, or trenchless experience.
• Experience in both design and construction management.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop proposals and scopes of work.

Responsibilities

• Lead tunnel and trenchless projects from proposal to delivery.
• Manage cross-disciplinary teams of designers and field staff.
• Produce calculations, reports, and client specifications.
• Build client networks within the tunnel industry.
