AECOM is seeking a Senior Tunnel Manager / Regional Tunnel Practice Leader to lead and grow our tunneling practice across major U.S. offices. Hybrid work model with opportunities for technical leadership, client engagement, and career advancement.

The role emphasizes leading multidisciplinary teams, advancing tunneling design and construction, and fostering collaboration across business units to deliver integrated solutions on complex projects.

Qualifications

BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency, including 2 years of leadership.
Professional Engineer license required.
Master's degree in engineering preferred.
15+ years of experience in engineering of large-scale tunneling and underground infrastructure projects.
Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams on large, complex tunneling projects from concept through completion.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule objectives are met.
Collaborate with other AECOM business units to deliver integrated solutions.
Drive innovation and best practices across our tunneling portfolio.
Build and maintain strategic client relationships that fuel practice growth.
Mentor and develop talent within our tunneling team.
Represent AECOM at industry conferences and technical forums to enhance market presence.
