Job summary

AECOM is seeking two experienced on-site Senior Tunnel Construction Managers to lead large underground water infrastructure projects in the New York Metro area. These roles require managing a multidisciplinary team to deliver landmark projects that shape NYC infrastructure.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering with 12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
Professional Engineer (PE) license required; reciprocity acceptable within 12 months

Responsibilities

Oversee construction management for large tunnel projects with multiple packages
Oversee commissioning, startup, and project closeout
Ensure compliance with contract, regulatory, and Consent Decree milestones
Manage project controls: schedule, cost, change, and reporting
Serve as liaison with owner, designers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders
Provide guidance on constructability, sequencing, and risk for tunneling and urban infra
Lead, mentor, and supervise a diverse CM team
Champion safety and environmental stewardship
